Very interesting Liam 👌 I've never used an induction stove and I don't like the idea... however, if I were to change my stove (and I had a nice budget) I'd probably go for the most environmentally friendly option on the market.
We're slowly replacing our old non stick pots with stainless steel and apparently they help using up less gas thanks to better heat distribution, so that's also something to keep in mind when shopping for a more sustainable kitchen I guess.
Great work as always. I read somewhere that the humble Slow Cooker and Air Fryers are the most economical appliances, followed by Microwave in 3rd place. I'm hoping the energy companies will give me a discount for 10hrs overnight off peak slow cooking some day soon. Another topic for you!

hi Sinu, that's really interesting to know about stainless steel! I don't really use non-stick so I'm glad to hear stainless steel is a good option!

Thanks Mr Searle, I would opt for a slow cooker over a microwave any day. Let's hope the energy companies are reading!
